About Lisa

As a British Wheel of Yoga Trained Instructor - Lisa from LC Yoga provides an excellent supportive, dynamic style of teaching. Incorporating influences from traditional Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Yin Yoga, and various Meditation and Relaxation techniques from her own Yoga Experience she provides an enjoyable and developmental series of Yoga classes, workshops and retreats.

Continued training and personal development is guaranteed with LC Yoga.

Lisa’s teaching style combines influences from traditional Hatha Yoga, BKS Iyengar, Yin Yoga, Meditation and various relaxation techniques acquired from her personal practice - developing an individual and enjoyable teaching style. Uniting the process movement with breath, emphasising sensation, and holding the asana (postures) to provide a deep Sadana (Practice).

Influenced by Nature, Christianity, Traditional Spiritual Teachings, Native Canadian and American Traditions and Buddhist Teachings; Lisa brings many influences and ancient wisdom into her practice sessions.

Lisa currently teaches regular weekly classes, runs weekend workshops and retreats. Lisa is also available for individual instruction & yoga development,.
