With 13 plus years of teaching experience Lisa teaches throughout the North Wales Region on a regular basis and offer both private and corporate workshops and events, weekly classes, monthly and annual workshops, weekend and week long yoga retreats and organise several Yoga and Health Festivals and workshops throughout the year.

Styles of Yoga


Hatha Yoga

The traditional umbrella style of yoga is a blend of Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath control), Meditation and Relaxation, aimed at deep inner mental and physical balance. The Key to Physical Balance.

Yoga Tone ~ Using Traditional Hatha Yoga Asana to develop strength and tone to the whole body. The key to strength.

Kundalini Yoga

A Modern Slant on the Traditional Meditational practice of Kundalini as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Using techniques to control the breath, mind and body. We use Asana, Pranayama, Mantra (sound) and Meditation to provide a truly wonderful experience of deep inner peace. Releasing your true potential. The Key to Mental Balance.

Yin Yoga

A deep inner stretch, challenging for the mind, stretching for the body. Yin is perfect for rehabilitation of tight or injured joints or muscles. An ideal balance to every day physical activity. The Key to Rehabilitation. 
Yoga Nidra ~ A deep guided relaxation technique, specifically designed for lower the blood pressure and release the pressures of life. Yoga Nidra is restorative and gentle. Sometimes known as the Yogic Sleep, just 30 minutes is equivalent to 3 hours sleep regeneration. Relax Stay Young. The Key to Youth.
